Week 9 – Go For It

Due to all of the travelling and photography  sessions I did this past month  I had fallen behind on my daily reading of the Master Key but this week’s  webinar had some great advice on combining several activities together.  Like walking and listening to the Masterkey system and this got me back into the gym this week!

I’m 61 and although I do a daily one hour walk… it wasn’t enough exercise to keep me in shape. So after listening to the week 9 webinar I downloaded an audio version of the Master Key System onto my iPhone so now in addition to reading I listen to this weeks chapter on my daily walk…. plus I went to the gym twice this week and did some heavy weight lifting while listening to the chapter play over and over.

Already my energy and ability to focus has improved! Funny how doing more creates more energy!

I had been putting off going to the gym for months but now I’m excited to get back into the habit of doing some strength training in addition to the mild cardio of walking plus learning via audio while exercising!
